Rawmaterial
Thedistillers grains, corn gluten meal, variety of other high-quality vegetableprotein meal as the main source of raw material base, with Saccharomycescerevisiae, produced using liquid culture, solid fermentation andlow-temperature drying. The composition of yeast related to strains and Cultureconditions. Generally contain 40 to 65% protein, 1-8% fat, 25 to 40%carbohydrate, 6-10% ash, and about 20 amino acids. Manufacturingprocess
The liquidfermentation production process, including the preparation of the medium, yeastpropagation, yeast separation, concentration and drying processes. Theaddition amount
Theapplication effect of the feed yeast is effected by livestock species,type ofdiet and different types of yeast. Application of the proportion of yeast inthe diet should not be too high,Otherwise will impact of dietpalatability,destruct amino acid balance of diet, increase cost and reduce animalperformance.In laying hens and broiler, diets may be used for about 3%, notmore than 5%.
